Starcraft 2 Flying High
Blizzard Entertainment has announced a partnership with Korean Air to promote their latest game, Starcraft 2 – Wings of Liberty, on two of Korean Air’s planes, a B747-400 and a B737-900.
For the first time, passengers and fans alike will have a chance to ride side by side in-game hero Jim Raynor as their “Wingman” along with the Starcraft 2 logo plastered along the outside of the planes. In addition, four Korean Air limousine buses will also be wrapped in StarCraft 2 character images.
Bearing the logos, the planes will fly domestic flights in Korea and international flights to the US and Europe.
StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty is set to launch worldwide on July 27.
Way to go! That’s one heck of a way to fly the eSports banner, Korea!
